X Global Trade has exactly two offices. The headquarters is at Office A1-04, Dunes Mall A, Second Al Sheikh Zayed, Giza 11832, Egypt. The China office is at Room 805, Unit 1, Building 6, Jinsha Dadu Hui, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Both offices are staffed by XGT teams, so the origin and destination sides of every shipment are handled in-house.

Every supplier goes through a multi-stage due diligence process: legal and government background checks, factory visits, export history reviews, certification verification (ISO, BRC, and others), and sample inspections. We shortlist only factories that clear every stage. No exceptions.

Yes, and it is one of our core criteria. We prioritize suppliers with a documented track record of exporting to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. These factories already understand Arabic labeling standards, Gulf port requirements, and GOEIC compliance, which reduces your risk and compresses your lead time.

Automotive and EV components, industrial machinery and production lines, construction materials (WPC and steel), plastics and packaging, food and beverage, chemicals, fertilizers, auto spare parts, truck tires, and general cargo. If it ships from China, we can source it.

China is the primary sourcing market, covered from the XGT office in Guangzhou. XGT also has sourcing reach in Turkey and Taiwan for product categories where those markets are stronger, and has managed shipments originating from UAE free zones. The verification standard is the same wherever the supplier sits: no order is placed with an unverified company.

Pre-production, in-line, and pre-shipment inspections, all conducted to AQL international standards with full photo and video documentation. We also perform factory audits for new suppliers and verify that labeling and packaging meet Egyptian and Gulf customs requirements before goods leave China.

We stop the shipment, document the defects, and work directly with the factory on rework or replacement. A re-inspection confirms compliance before clearance. Nothing ships until it passes. Post-arrival defects are addressed through vendor performance records and negotiated remedies with the supplier.

Yes. Operating from our Guangzhou office as authorized agents for major international carriers, we manage sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and cargo consolidation to Egypt and Gulf ports. We handle all documentation: bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, CargoX and ACI submissions, and compliance certificates.

Yes. XGT provides full guidance and documentation support for GOEIC factory registration, CargoX electronic submission, and ACI advance cargo information, the three most common Egyptian import compliance requirements. We also align documents for Gulf customs to prevent port delays and penalties in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We work across the full Incoterms range, from EXW at the factory gate through FCA and FOB to full DDP delivery at your warehouse, and advise clients on which term best fits their risk profile and budget. Freight can be booked directly by XGT or coordinated with your nominated forwarder, whichever delivers the best balance of cost, speed, and reliability.

Yes. XGT manages the full chain from the Chinese factory to the final Egyptian address: origin pickup, export clearance, the sea or air leg, customs clearance at the arrival port or Cairo Airport, and inland trucking to the warehouse. Terms up to DDP are available, where XGT handles duties and delivery so the client simply receives the goods.

China to Egypt is the primary corridor, but XGT also runs Europe to the Gulf and MENA, Gulf and MENA to Egypt, China to the Gulf and MENA, Taiwan to Egypt, and UAE to USA. The same model applies on every lane: verified suppliers where sourcing is involved, one accountable team, and compliant documentation end to end.

Yes. We plan and manage complete business trips to China, including the Canton Fair, Automechanika Shanghai, CHINAPLAS, and custom factory visit tours. Every trip includes supplier shortlisting, Arabic, English, and Chinese interpretation, meeting schedules, on-site negotiation support, sample collection, and post-trip shipping coordination. We are a trade partner, not a travel agent.

Initial supplier scans and shortlists are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Sea freight from China to Egypt runs 22 to 30 days; air freight, 3 to 7 days. All timelines are project-specific and confirmed after supplier validation. For urgent requirements, contact us directly.
